I understand postive attitude and all that, and you know, it’s great.
Imagine if your best friend dies. You can have all the positive attitude you want, and that’s fine, but it doesn’t change the reality that your best friend died.
We can CHANGE OUT EVERY ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE in the house and senate, and the president, but the PRECEDENT of taxing inaction will remain.
THAT IS THE REALITY OF WHAT HAPPENED.
It’s not just positivity. It’s taking responsibility. We are the sovereign power in this system and that’s what we have to take back. SCOTUS is as accountable to us as any other branch of OUR government. The mechanisms are different, but it can be done. Anyone still following Dred Scott?
