People will steal 10’s of BILLIONS from Obamacare !

Easily, considering an estimate of $900 Billion fraud already in Medicare and Medicaid. That's d@mn near $1 Trillion.

Zero has twice turned down an offer by IBM to remove obvious sources of fraud such as "billing for over 24 hours per day of procedures, phony companies invoicing for phantom services, pharmacists filling prescriptions for dead patients, home health-care companies demanding payment for treating clients actually in the hospital". There was a scandal here in NJ a few years back where UMDNJ had routine double billing programmed into their billing system.
