No matter how well the election goes for the republicans, we will not have a filbuster-proof senate. Therefore we are stuck with Obamacare until early 2015. By then it will be completely implemented and impossible to repeal.

There is no Filibuster threat regarding Obamacare. 51 Republican Senators will do, as will 50% of the House plus one.

If the President is a Republican, he can sign the Bill. If Obama is still there, we will need a two thirds Majority in the House and Senate to override the Veto.
