Do you consider Romney spokescritters agreeing with the White House that ObamaCare’s individual mandate is NOT a tax to be the following of sage advice?

2008: Obama will loose worse than McGovern. No question.

Where did you ever see a prediction like that? Was it yours? There was no way a republican would inflict a McGovern-like defeat on any dem in 2008 after 8 years of Bushitler. I never saw any serious prediction that said Obama would lose in 2008 in a landslide. Most predictions accurately predicted Obama winning.

I heard you the first time. Most observers believe that repeal in a Republican led Senate could be achieved through the reconciliation rules, requiring a simple majority and not subject to filibuster. But, repeal will require a Republican House, Senate, and White House. Lose one and Obamacare stands.

I believe the gentleman was agreeing with Justice Scalia, Alito, Thomas, and Kennedy, not with the White House. To agree that it was a tax would be to agree that the law was constitutional.

No I do not have to pay a tax I do not use. From this day on. I will simply pay up front for medical cost.
