I don’t get this......how will this strategy allow Klayman to ‘pull the rug out from under Lewis’ ???

Too many gaps here....can you fill me in on this, please?

My understanding follows:

The judge is trying to delay this case saying nothing can be done until Obama is OFFICIALLY the Democrat nominee. There will be no time to get him off the ballot months from now.

Same garbage as last time. The “you’re too early....you’re too late” game.

Klayman states that Florida law requires the judge make a ruling now if he requests declaratory relief which the judge does NOT want to do. He doesn’t want to make a ruling but he will have to.

Even if the judge rules against us it will at least give the case time for appeal to higher courts.
