How is your weather? So much awful weather across the country.

Late at night, but still around 95. Just nasty outside.

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS!
Sir Winston S. Churchill, KG, OM, CH, TD, PC, DL, FRS, Hon. RA (30 November 1874 24 January 1965)
I would say to the House as I said to those who have joined this government: I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat. We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many, many long months of struggle and of suffering.
You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word: Victory. Victory at all costs Victory in spite of all terror Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival.
In the House of Commons, 13May1940

I like his version - but I will, of course, continue to post every Sunday the bagpipe version you so kindly offered to me! It's beyond compare and I have written in my funeral instructions that I want Amazing Grace played on the pipes at my grave-site, along with all the Celtic Tunes of Glory.
It's beyond the Witching Hour here - I have a half-glass of wine in front of me - when it's gone, I'm retiring. Until tomorrow, my dear friend Kathy!
