I think that once someone actually pays the “tax” the “tax” can be challenged as being unconstitutional because it of a type not enumerated in the Constitution.

Nice thought, but SCOTUS has ruled in the past many a time that individual citizens have no standing to contest a tax.

Tax has already begun. Medical devices and OTC drugs that were once prescription are now taxed.

Here is the kicker. My 80 year old father received a letter in the mail today from his insurance company asking him to validate that he is a diabetic. Something to do with the lancettes used, which is now taxed as a medical device.

My dad has been with the company over 40 years and been using the same supply house for his syringes and stuff for 30 years. This is just the start of it....
