God helps those who help themselves. It seems we don’t want to help ourselves — elected Obama and are about to reelect him in the name of “principled conservatism”.
There is joke I heard a long time ago, applicable to this:
Briefly: there is flood, a man gets up to his roof and prays fervently to God to save him. A boat comes by, offers to help him, he refuses because “God will save me”. Later another boat and a helicopter come by, as the waters continue to rise, he refuses help from them, waiting “for God to save him”. Eventually the waters rise more, the man drowns. Since he was a devout Christian he ends up in heaven.
There he asks God — “I prayed to you and you didn’t save me”.
God’s answer: “Who did you think sent you the boats and the helicopter?!”
Now we have a clear choice — Romney is a business man, effective and will turn the US around, given a chance. The ONLY other choice is a second term for Obama.
Trying to blame God for the consequences of your stupid decisions is no different than the man in the story above.
As long as this nation continues it's open rebellion to GOD including supporting Homosexulaity and other wrongs {which Romney does, which Bushes did, which Clinton did, which Obama does, which Carter did, which Ford did, Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy,and now who's name is missing from the above? It is Ronald Reagan.
When Reagan was elected our nation for a brief period changed it's moral standards and turned towards GOD for healing and as a result we got a leader that reflected that change and our nation prospered greatly in all aspects.
GOD only helps nations when their heart is not in rebellion to Him and His Word. Until that changes there will be no change.
Two Choices left for U.S. One Nation Under GOD or One Nation Under Judgment? Which one say ye?. As for me and my family our vote will directly reflect our faith and our conscience. To do otherwise is wrong.
That's not a phrase found anywhere in the Bible. In any case, we are not the ones (conservatives, patriots, pro-Americans, born again Christians, etc) who elected 0dumb0 or the demoRATs.
The liberals, atheists, perverts, 98% of blacks, 76% of Jews, muslims, socialists, communists, etc., are the ones who elected 0dumb0, Hollywood liberals & dumb-ass ignorant liberals are the ones who elected 0dumb0.
I'm not blaming God for the consequences of my decisions. I didn't make the stupid decisions to vote for 0dumb0 or any demoRAT for that matter in the first place.
And yes, I'm going to vote for Romney because the consequences of seeing 0dumb0 win this coming election, will be a hellish nightmare that we will never recover from.
