Reconciliation bills cannot be filibustered because their time of debate is limited by the Congressional Budget Act.

If that were true then how was Obamacare passed with 56 Dem votes.There are exceptions If the bill is couched in terms of a financial reconciliation bill then a simple majority was needed. The Dems practiced chicanery in passing the bill as if it were a financial reconciliation bill. If you live by the sword you die by the sword should the Republicans decide to use the same ploy to repeal it.
