I respect the decision

I don't, I doubt the four dissenters do, and I even doubt Roberts does. He knows it was a silly, convoluted, ridiculous finding for political reasons. He sold his soul, and sold out liberty.

Right. It's imperative to elect the man who prototyped socialized medicine while governor.

It’s been imperative to elect Romney for a long time.

I kept waiting for Obama to do the One More Thing that would convince some of the holdouts here that we have to get rid of him.

One More Things kept happening but they clung to their imaginary lifeboat.

Maybe this is finally it.

Let’s hope so.

If you think that Romney will fix it, you are barking up the wrong tree.During the campaign, he will vow and swear that his first official act will be to repeal it. Should and it is a big should he be elected, the morning after the election he will think about it, laught about it, and forget about it.

More than Romney, we need the House and the Senate both. Otherwise it’s just a stalemate which leaves this travesty of law in place.

Romney will not repeal ObamaCare.

Why? Because the Senate is always the issue. There are 37 Dems that are safe or not up for election. Add to that 5 who are likely Dem and 5 who are leaning Dem, and you get a grand total of 47.

Without even considering the Republicans, we know that 41 votes is insurmountable given the Senate filibuster rules.

Right now RCP says there are 47 Dems, 8 tossups, and 45 Republicans based on the most recent polling.

To repeal ObamaCare the Republicans need to hold the House, Pluse Defeat Obama, and now the most difficult hurdle...they have to keep the Dems from adding only 4 seats to those 37 that are either safe or not up for election.

And that’s assuming that all of the Republican senators are true-blue conservative, non-rinos.

Sorry, America, but that ain’t happening.

Maybe we’re wrong to assume ObamaCare can’t be repealed until Mitt Romney is elected.

If the mandate is a tax, it’s repeal would have to be initiated in the House, where Republicans have a strong majority. And, since it’s a tax, a simple majority in the Senate would be sufficient to repeal it since 60-vote majorities are not required to enact tax-related measures.

Although Democrats have a slight majority in the Senate, Democratic Senators running for re-election this year would be under extreme pressure to vote for the mandate’s repeal, in order to avoid suffering the fate of their former colleagues whose 2009 pro-ObamaCare votes caused them to be defeated in landslide numbers in 2010. It’s not unlikely that four or five Democratic Senators who want to keep their jobs would vote with the pro-repeal Republicans. And that would do it.

John Boehner already has a repeal vote scheduled for the House in about a week. Things will get very interesting, and our side has a respectable chance of winning.

wow.

just wow.

We need to overturn Obama care so badly, we want to elect the man who gave Massachusetts ROMNEY CARE and made it illegal to not have insurance

by electing the man whose halth care plan was the blueprint for Obama care, we will do away with Obama care

Electing the creator of the lightbulb to keep the cave dark is not logical

God Help us!

The article is 100% correct: it is imperative that we elect Romney, not just to overturn obamacare, but to appoint justices.

If Obama gets to appoint more justices to high courts, including the Supreme Court, freedom is DEAD.

It’s difficult to fathom the hypocrisy of a Government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured ... but not everyone must prove they are a citizen.

Voting for Romney is like saying I must blow my head off with a pistol now so I don't die of cancer someday. That Elitist Progressive was one of the founding fools of Obamacare. There is no way I will give the likes of Romney {Omaba The Second} or anyone like him my vote.

There is an actual Conservative running. That conservative Virgil Goode of The Constitution Party gets my vote and support. The Progressive Party now united as the GOP and Democratic Party and the spineless political fagots called the GOP hierarchy can go pound sand and rot on the political vine in he**.

The way I see it, compared to Obama, Romney is a saint.

After all, Romney was not raised and brought up by black liberation theologist, anti-colonialist, marxist, communist, socialist anti-America radicals. Romney was not raised in a foreign country. Romney may be a Mormon, but at least he believes there IS a God and that it is NOT him. And Romney does NOT surround himself with Communist/Socialist, Anti-American radicals, at EVERY level.

I think the theology and beliefs behind the man are just as important, if not more so, than the politics and policies he’s supported. And while I don’t agree with many of Romneys socialist policies and that they DO align with Obama on many counts....I believe they are DIFFERENT men, with different ideals and different beliefs in what America should be.

Romney is after all, a CAPITALIST and he DOES have experience when it comes to running a business, managing people and positions and creating jobs.

My concern still lies however, with Romneys Progressivism and HOW influenced he is by the NWO elitist puppet masters.

That said, my BIGGER concern (by far) is ridding ourselves of the PURE Anti-America, Marxist, Communist, Socialist, Anti-Colonial, Black Liberation Theological evil that is the FRAUDULENT Barry Soetero aka Barack Hussein Obama (and his ENTIRE administration).

Electile Dysfunction

Inability to become aroused over any of the choices for president.

Hopefully Romney will take many blue pills states to overcome some of our 'problems.'

Obozo the clown is on the run.........

Today's email (June 30)

Barack Obama [info@barackobama.com]
Subject: This is important

Friend --

Today is one of the most important fundraising deadlines of this campaign so far.
We might not outraise Mitt Romney.

But I am determined to keep the margin close enough that we can win this election the right way.

To do that I need your help today.

Please donate $3 or more before tonight's deadline:

https://donate.barackobama.com/Tonight The stakes in this election are real. Thanks for all your support so far.

Good week.

Barack

He must mean by "win this election the right way" is to purchase this election off the backs of all the little sheeple. Can it be his Hollyweird funds have dried up - I thought the celebrity candidate was going to be propped up with star money??
