This means that Cyrus Vance, leftist prosecutor of Manhattan, who is bragging about holding her “accountable” gave her a discount of nearly 70% on her thefts and NO JAIL TIME and NO PROBATION. If she had been a book-keeper at a department store and stole $250,000, she would be spending ten years in the state hotel and ordered to repay (at minimum) every nickel with interest.
