Any decrease in turnout in a state like N. Car. or Va. makes defeating Obama in the Electoral College that more difficult.

Trust me; you will not have to worry about a low-turnout on our side. I’ve never seen people so angry and so fired up about defeating Obama. There will be a low turn-out for the Dems though; guaranteed. There will be 2 million less Blacks voting this time than in ‘08. (Remember; you heard that first from me.) Also, many who supported him last time are so disappointed and disillusioned, that this time they might not vote for Romney but, they’ll stay home.

I keep repeating to everyone. Even if you can not vote for Romney do not stay home. There are other lower seats to fill.
