This break for Congress will find lots of whistle blowers and maybe even a “Deep Throat” coming forth because of this letter getting into the Congressional record. You may have noticed that there is nobody in the media talking about this move by Issa and the subsequent information from Grassley. This is a far bigger deal since Obama exerted the EP protection ruse. The bowels of Mordor will be very active during the 4th holiday break with the biggest fireworks to commence when they come back into session on the 10th.

When Holder refuses information included in the subpoena, he is preventing the Congress of the United States from carrying out its duty which is described in the Constitution of the United States, namely the three separate, but co-equal branches of government -- Executive, Judicial and Legislative.
