I am wondering if committee counsel already has a “Butterfield” moment and Issa is sand-bagging to see what else shakes out before he reveals it in open session.

I remember your post because I thought (when I read it) that the "Butterfield moment" happened on national TV, at Sam Ervin's Watergate Committee hearing.

But of course before that Butterfield moment, there was another Butterfield moment that was experienced in private by the Watergate investigators. Hillary Clinton could - conceivably - have been one of those.
