Actually, the rumor is that a cousin tweeted: 'Yu ain't tell me yu swung on a bus driver.' Neither Twitter nor the Martin family has verified that was Trayvon's account.

Jahvaris, Trayvon's brother, told WFTV that it was not Trayvon in those youtube fightclub videos.

One witness, I believe #3, stated that during the struggle she saw someone in a white shirt on top. Who could that be? Was someone else involved? Someone who high-tailed it out of there as soon as the shot was fired? Zimmerman was wearing red and Martin was in dark gray. Both colors that disappear in the dark ... white stands out.

This guy raises some interesting questions.

Zimmerman said Martin was hiding in the bushes, then jumped him. For the life of me, I can't figure out which bushes he means. There are some that run alongside the houses at the juncture of the "T", but they are so close to the structures no one could possibly hide behind them.

Like father, like son. Let's get him under oath and hear what he has to say. The kids in the video are calling him "Trayvon".

White shirt -- sounds like the witness is describing the EMT or police officer who arrived on the scene after the struggle. Probably just a little confused.

As far as the bushes. Take a look at your two pictures. It looks like they have been recently trimmed. I wonder how long they were back in February.

Can you tell us who TM is talking to on his cellphone in that 7-Eleven video, and why that call does not show up in the list of TM's calls that Crump supposedly turned over to the police???? Let's put him under oath and let Judge Lester see how much respect he has for Lester's courtroom.

Thanks for the info. I don’t think Martin was promoting records or clothing. Martin was promoting himself. I agree it’s doubtful Martin was hiding behind any shrubery. The privacy screens on the patios would have been perfect. And they would explain why Martin was able to disappear so fast.

Remember Zimmerman said Martin approached him from behind on the left.That makes sense if Zimmerman was headed out of the commons area and back towards his car.

Crump’s constructed media story doesn’t hold up under scrutiny. The girlfriend’s, statement, who admitted she wasn’t a girlfriend, doesn’t square either. That was an out and out lie by Crump or the publicist he hired to put the press release together. They had to do that to explain why she didn’t go to the funeral. The investigator bought that aspect of Crump’s story hook, line and sinker.

Crump got a late start which explains that loose end. If he had been involved earlier, the young woman would have gone to the funeral.

O’Mara hit a home run during the bond hearing. He not only exposed Lester’s earlier biased public statement, he proceeded to turn the bond hearing into a media event by countering with a mini trial that the judge couldn’t stop, nor could the prosecutor after the judge was exposed and had to allow the material to be entered into evidence.

Calling a fireman/paramedic to testify about blood and injuries has nothing to do with a bond hearing. That was pure theater. But it made the point.

Not only was the judge put on notice with subtlety, but O’Mara proved he can try a case in public too. Crump wasn’t happy when he walked out of that courtroom. I’m not sure if Martin’s mother knew what happened. Obviously Crump, the prosecutor and the judge knew.
