You apparently have never read the Constitution. It is folks like you who think that just because congress does something that it is legal and constitutional who put this nation at risk.
The Senate version NEVER mentioned a tax ( because their bill was an origination bill). It states specifically that it is a penalty and punitive for NOT buying health insurance.
