Today, I lost all respect for John Roberts. To portray a penalty as a tax is twisted. The fine for not buying health insurance is just that, a fine. To fine somebody for not buying something is not Constitutional. He twisted the truth to give Obama something. He’s a huge clown!

To be honest, I am really disappointed. I would have thought he would be stronger and not let himself bullied by that pos who occupies the white hut

To portray a penalty as a tax is twisted.

And watch every congress critter race to repeal this "Tax" burden that has been placed on every American guaranteeing an Obama loss in November.

Maybe, and I mean maybe Roberts didn't forget the grilling his wife got at his confirmation let alone the scorn at the SOTU...just a thought time will tell.

John Also Iqnored the no capitation clause of the Federal Constitution. If Obamacare’s individual mandate was a tax it would have been a capitation or direct tax and therefore require apportionment among the States.

John was a little more than “unclear” in the additional language he wrote into the act of abomination as to how that apportionment was to be done.

John Roberts is just that a lawless fraud, he should be impeached.

It started in 1934 when we let them get away with imposing a $200 tax on a $5 shotgun, I think.
