This was in the House, not the Senate. Mc Cain is no where near there I would like to know who the 17 dems are. It was said that since the NRA is scoring their vote, some dems, who are in districts who like their guns, would vote with the reps.
Holder’s response is that basically its a GOP plot to disenfranchise minority voters.
