Roberts is corrupt, a low life socialist.

I was too young to understand all the “Impeach Earl Warren” talk at the time ... I think I am beginning to understand.

Construing the Commerce Clause to permit Congress to regulate individuals precisely because they are doing nothing would open a new and potentially vast domain to congressional authority. Congress already possesses expansive power to regulate what people do. Upholding the Affordable Care Act under the Commerce Clause would give Congress the same license to regulate what people do not do. The Framers knew the difference between doing something and doing nothing. They gave Congress the power to regulate commerce, not to compel it. Ignoring that distinction would undermine the principle that the Federal Government is a government of limited and enumerated powers. The individual mandate thus cannot be sustained under Congress’s power to “regulate Commerce.” -- John Roberts

This decision likely just made Romney President.

I spit on John Roberts. He is the worse case of a Quisling there ever was.

This man should be held up to unending ridicule and disdain.

He is a disgrace to all Americans and should resign as such.

Shoot, Warren was a piker. All he did was expand the rights of criminals and restrict government involvement with religion. His court’s decisions on civil rights were correct for the most part. What that court did is nothing compared to what happened today. It didn’t end America, it just tugged at the fringes of the law. This ends freedom.

Earl Warren and the Warren court was famous for being libertarian and leftist, does libertarian fit Roberts?
