Before this morning, if one did not do something as per a law, they got a FINE or PENALTY. As of 10:15am this morning, it is now a “tax”.
Roberts and the other liberals on the bench RE-WROTE the law in order to approve it. Judicial activism is on parade at the highest level and we have lost individual freedoms because of it. Thanks to Roberts and the other liberals, the government can now control behavior simply by “taxing” people.
