Sorry, I don't buy it.

I am with #11 Dead Corpse. I did my peaceful redress of grievances on 9/12/2009.

All branches of "our" government, FAIL.

Not "our" Government. Our Government is limited to only those express duties laid out for it in our Constitutional Charter.

No governing body in "our" Government can infringe, diminish, break in upon, or restrict any of our Rights as explicitly listed in the Bill of Rights. Not at any level as they are bound, from dog catcher to SCOTUS Judge, by Art 6 Para 2, and the 10th and 14th Amendments.

No. In "our" Government, our Supreme Court doesn't re-write legislation, it merely ensures that those cases coming before it match the Constitutions limits and nothing more.

What we have now is some quasi-Socialist mishmash with a ton of wishful thinking holding it together under a thin veneer of aged and weather cheap plywood.
