Sarah has it figured out. The Supremes ruled that it is simply a tax. Ergo, Congress merely has to eliminate the tax, which is well within its power using a simple majority. Did Robert’s know this? Did he intentionally do this to fire up the Tea Party? If so, then it’s time to march. July 4th, being right around the corner, would be the perfect opportunity to assemble.
