The painful experience is that the elected legislator has little stomach to stand up to the media and the sorts of fire storm it generates with all of academia behind it. Sarah leaving the Governor’s seat was an example of that issue — it was impossible for her (or anyone) to do the job she was elected to do.
Yes, and of course Sarah P. knows this. Scotus is merely an extension of the political process and has been for decades. We MUST elect a SOLID majority in the House and STAY ON THEIR ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
