The two sentences you are reacting to are from Roberts' opinion, not something I said.

Generally for decades we have had courts overstepping their bounds and dictating to the American people instead of allowing the natural processes of legislation to go forward. Now we have a case where Congress was out of control (they had to bribe Representatives and Senators to get the votes needed, and a lot of them paid for it by losing their seats in Nov. 2010), and all of a sudden the Court decides on an idealized vision of how our political system works.

Cicero complained of Cato the Younger that he thought he was living in Plato's Republic instead of among the dregs of Romulus.
