I believe the Correct term for Roberts is- John "Roger Taney" Roberts.

Roger Taney was the Chief of the Supreme Court that ruled Dred Scott to be a Non-Person. John "Roger Taney" Roberts ruled that the Federal Government can Tax you for merely being a Citizen of this country.
