Odd - not there in Louisiana.
I'm in NY State, and we usually get the emergency weather tests and other emergency test a few times a week...usually in the mornings. We had two yesterday morning, and no matter whether I'm watching a recorded program, or live TV, the tests come through. I always mute them as I can't stand the buzzing noise they make. Today I noticed this one listing all those States. I have never seen it that way before. It was shown as IPAWS EAS which stands for FEMA: Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) and FEMA's EAS (Emergency Alert System). The tests I usually see are regional only. The test went on for a good number of minutes. This may or may not have been connected to the required federal test of FEMA's emergency system, but it seemed strange that it came not long after the announcement of the SCOTUS decision.
