YES OR NO? Does this ruling morphing the mandate into a tax mean it has to go back to Congress? I hope Rush discusses this today.

Maybe Rush will have him on.I'm not sure where people are getting this. The court merely said, that by waving their hands, and calling it a tax, they ruled the law constitutional. Obamacare is already law. Nothing else needs to be done by congress except repeal. Of course, that's not going to happen, no matter what lies the republicans tell you in order to get elected.
