Disagree. Calling something a tax to take away individual liberty will be the way the Libs will go in the future.

We will see how this plays out politically. Getting a SCOTUS stamp of approval could make the law more acceptable among voters.

I do not think it will be more palatable as a tax. I think we will fight back because it is a hugh tax increase.
