New Zealand's High Court has ruled that the police raid on Kim Dotcoms house was unlawful along with seizure of the hard drives that were later cloned and illegally taken from New Zealand to the US by the FBI.
The warrants issued to search Dotcoms mansion were general and did not clearly describe the offences they stipulated, ruled Justice Helen Winkelmann.
They were general warrants, and as such, are invalid, she explained.

BTW, Kim Dotcom wasn’t his birth name. His original name was Kim Dotorg.
RT gets what they want out of the deal though. A story saying America is evil and lawless.
Inside word is the entire raid was due to that damn “You have watched 57 minutes of Megavideo today, please wait one hour before.....” that kept popping up in the middle of a good movie.
