DHS denies Virginia's request for 287(g) agreement
On Tuesday, Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) announced that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has denied his request for the Virginia State Police to join the 287(g) program which trains local and state law enforcement to identify illegal aliens in custody for possible deportation.
Gov. McDonnell told reporters: "I'm incredibly disappointed with the Obama administration."
In August 2010, McDonnell asked DHS to allow 28 state troopers to receive the specified training in order to identify illegal aliens charged with serious crimes such as "major drug offenses or violent offenses such as murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, and kidnapping, as well as DUI offenses."
After nine months with no answer, the governor sent a letter to DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, stating: “We have patiently waited nine months for formal approval and the time to act is now. Virginia meets all the qualifications and has proven to be an excellent partner state and I ask you to approve our application without further delay.”

Obama is worried that they illegals will be deported and then killed by assault weapons he supplied to Mexican organized crime.
People will start taking the law into their own hands if this crap is allowed to continue. If illegal aliens are allowed to break the law with no consequences, we have become a lawless society.

He isn't a President of the United States, he's a figure head for those who are likely to vote for him. He punishes those states who “dare” challenge him. His toadies, Napolitono and Holder bend over for him not caring about what is best for the citizens of these states.
Look what he did to Louisiana because Bobby Jindal challenged his lack of leadership after the oil spill. And it goes on and on........

Obama is acting like a very immature spoiled brat since he lost his case against the key provision of the Arizona immigration law that was *unanimously* upheld by the SCOTUS.
He immediately pulled the same agreement with Arizona after he lost the SCOTUS ruling.
That’s very un-presidential actions there, Barry. The voters are watching you, and they will NOT appreciate these types of juvenile reactions…
I’m finding it so damn hard to wait until November to cast my vote against this self important narcissist who should have never been elected president in the first place… (my vote will be against Obama, not so much for Romney).
