It has been so dry that the afternoon thunderstorms do not produce much rain and it often evaporates before reaching the ground. But, the lightning reaches the ground!
yup, ol’ dry lightning .. global varming and too many goats pffting at high altitudes is behind it, yaknow.. ;-)
