What I've read briefly is the person in contempt can be imprisoned up to 1 year and a fine of up to $100,000 can be levied. There's been no penalty levied for contempt of congress since 1934 when Commerce Secretary William McCracken was send to "prison" ... at a hotel.
At most a slap on the hand. Obama will pardon him...I would bet on it.
Nice..... does it also include removal from office? Maybe that would require an impeachment.
Will be most interesting to see how nobama reacts. Will holder just crawling under the bus?
Shaming these people is not much deterent to shameless people.
