I lived in Texas for 10 years - really miss it. Now I feel a bit out of place back in my native North Carolina. As others have noted, it's been infested with liberals and is now well on the way to over-taxed and over-regulated blue-state status.

Were it not for family obligations I'd get back to Texas in a flash.
