FYI: Zapata family and his LEO partner filed Wrongful Death suit against “DOJ et al” in the same twenty four hour period that 0 triggered EP.

I didn’t know that! I do believe he should be part of this investigation... I know it was Terry’s parents that issued the investigation, but he was one of ours as well.

I hope they pursue this part of the investigation because I believe this was a hit by our government!

"CBS News has learned that the family of ICE Special Agent Jaime Zapata has filed a claim for wrongful death against the Justice Dept. and other federal agencies. Zapata was gunned down by suspected drug cartel members in Mexico in Feb. 2011 with weapons later linked to an ATF case in the Texas area.

Joining the claim is Zapata's surviving partner in the attack: Victor Avila."
