Arizona needs to load up the arrestees in buses and drop them off at the nearest ICE office. Daily direct flights depart Sky Harbor for Dulles, 8:50 A.M. (8:44 on Sunday.) Load 'em up, cut 'em loose in time for rush hour on the Potomac. Charters also available.
