If the court strikes down only the Individual Mandate or the entire 2700 page wagonload of manure, the Obama administration will continue to implement Obamacare as fast as they can.
Their excuse will be that the money has already been appropriated and authorized -- and once they are able to adjust the bill to meet constitutional muster, the framework will be ready.
If the individual mandate is struck down, the funding mechanism for the entire law goes away. So how in your opinion can the law be paid for?
Sorry, but if the mandate to buy ins is found unconstitutional the law will collapse just as many past unfunded laws have.
