I don’t watch television, but my wife does, and she was watching the Olympic trials...I saw several commercials for the Chevy Cruze, and they were touting the J.D. Power award for safety!
I guess the J.D. Power award for safety means as much as the Nobel Peace Prize, or the Pulizer Prize.

Looks like it’s based on crash tests. Not “does it burst in to flames” tests.
