“Unless you want to look at that, stop whining. Because if you accept that the government is a corporation then get this - IF you accept that it is a corporation -
EVERYTHING IT IS DOING IS PERFECTLY LEGAL.”
I was reading about that yesterday and about how we have “contracted” with them. I see it as fraud.
You see it as fraud.
A Common law court would see it as fraud, too - but you can't get a United States court to sit in it's Common Law capacity. It CAN so sit, but at it's pleasure, and it won't.
What's left, is sitting in it's administrative capacity. And in it's administrative capacity, it considers cases in reference to compliance with statutes and regulations. And if those statutes and regulations allow the government to "presume" you have "agreed" to a "contract" that exists that it doesn't have to tell you about, then it rules that that presumed contract is binding unless you refute the presumption.
But wait, you say - I didn't even know it was presumed, or what the contract specifies, or what the refutation procedure is!
That's okay, the Court replies (if it replied, which it won't, because it's ruled that it doesn't have to), we've ruled that you don't have to be told those things - it's your responsibility to already know them.
Next case.
