Try performing a job like this in civilian life. The supervisors are fired and in fact the company goes belly up and everyone lose their jobs...They lose **everything**.

I don't have to say it. Besides many, many other examples, Justice Kennedy "said" it by gratuitously invoking Article 37(a) of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child in Graham v. Florida.
I say that tongue-in-cheek. Supreme Court Justices do NOTHING "gratuitously" - by definition.
In addition, SCOTUS isn't a Common Law court. The Founders created it to decide cases between the several States. The Founders would be appalled that Federal Administrative Law is being used to reach natural person citizens AT ALL, let alone that SCOTUS is ruling in such cases.
It's literally like taking the procedure manual for mechanics working on your car, to decide where you can and cannot drive. It's THAT different.
But today, no one even notices it's going on.

A Common law court would see it as fraud, too - but you can't get a United States court to sit in it's Common Law capacity. It CAN so sit, but at it's pleasure, and it won't.
What's left, is sitting in it's administrative capacity. And in it's administrative capacity, it considers cases in reference to compliance with statutes and regulations. And if those statutes and regulations allow the government to "presume" you have "agreed" to a "contract" that exists that it doesn't have to tell you about, then it rules that that presumed contract is binding unless you refute the presumption.
But wait, you say - I didn't even know it was presumed, or what the contract specifies, or what the refutation procedure is!
That's okay, the Court replies (if it replied, which it won't, because it's ruled that it doesn't have to), we've ruled that you don't have to be told those things - it's your responsibility to already know them.
Next case.
One should begin to wonder why they won't, and tell me it is about cheap labor.
