During the Bush Presidency, in March 2007, the University of Chicago Law School published an article on its website stating the standard to be met by Bush's claims of "Executive Privilege." The author is given as "sunstein." The Univ. of Chicago Law School's website states that Cass Sunstein was a faculty member from 1981-2008 ( Link-1, Link-2 ). The standards include the follow excerpt:
8. ...The privilege is limited to “communications authored or solicited and received by members of an immediate White House adviser’s staff who have broad and significant responsibility for investigating and formulating the advice to be given to the President on the particular matter to which the communications relate.”...According to those standards, how can Obama claim both "Executive Privilege" and his non-involvement in the false flag operation called "Fast and Furious?" Only with the abject complicity of his democrat party media!9. Direct decision making by the President is required. If the President himself is not directly involved, there is no privilege. ...

He didn't do it to be popular. He did it because he can't ever let the voters find proof of what anyone who is paying attention knows for a fact: Fast & Furious was designed to cause death, calamity, and chaos on both sides of the border, to further the left's anti-Second Amendment power grab.

My guess is that the 29% who backed 0bama’s executive privilege assertion as the mind-numbed robots who would back Clinton, Carter, and think that FDR was a fantastic president and don’t think twice about supporting 0bama because he has a (D) behind his name. Just my opinion.
The really good news in this poll is that most voters have, after two years, finally heard of Fast and Furious enough to have some opinion at all. This scandal was a killer from the start. But we have not been able to move it off the conservative blogs until now.
