Kennedy is the lynchpin here. And I just don't see him being the one to keep the libs from their
coup de grace moment. He will vote For. I remember other cases the Court "would certainly" overturn. Campaign finance and Kelo come to mind. I'm in no way confident this is going to be a happy day.

And don't forget Kennedy's first betrayal of the Constitution in "Webster v. Reproductive Health Services". That was his first sign of "growing in office".
