I’ve read that the IRS not only has access to your bank account activity but they can even “automatically” deduct fees/fines directly from your account. Experts say ... ? Anyone?
They have the ability to take every last cent.

Arizona v. US has been decided. The Ninth Circuit is reversed in part and affirmed in part. The Court rules that Section 3, 5, and 6 are preempted.
