I’ve been lately reading the books of Deon Meyer, an Afrikaner writer of good, taut crime/thrillers. (mostly based around Cape Town)
His description of the country would make you understand why they would not want to give it up.
But they may not have any choice.
It's inevitable.
Smart whites who are capable of sucking it up and doing the cold, hard calculation must liquidate everything they can't take with them, especially their farms and land, and vacate as soon as possible. Surely they see what is happening to the last white farmers in Zimbabwe. It's not just their money South Africa's whites need to escape with - - it's their lives.
