we dont ask for devastation - just rain....
Historically, many droughts are busted by hurricanes and we certainly are still suffering from this devastating drought....
We cant count on rain in the summer ‘cept by hurricanes or tropical storms....
It surprises me that we haven’t yet recovered from Ike. I’m near Houston and I hope it moves closer. We need the rain.
