There is an unmarked C-130 flying low around Vermont and nobody knows to whom it belongs.
Most low flying unmarked planes in NE are looking for pot plants/growing areas in the woods (stills too as well as questionable campsites/trailers in the woods that may be drug related)...that’s what our LEO friends tell us anyway....it’s a full time job and they have had a lot of success with it in NE-so I guess it’s Vermont’s turn!

I saw one a few weeks ago flying at less then 300 feet here in Connecticut. I couldn’t believe how low it was flying. It was a light blue color.
