Of course she's mentally ill - it's hard not to be when you're possessed.
But that doesn't mean she's lost it - it just means she's pursuing insane plans that follow an insane agenda.
Whatever you see Hillary do - whatever it is - is something she planned. She HAS NO "natural" self. It's ALL calculated - all of it.
And she's real big on secret symbolism, and byzantine plots. If Hillary wanted to steal a candybar, she'd work for twenty years to become Secretary of State, start a war somewhere, get the draft going, draft the son of the candy shop owner, make sure he was injured in battle so his parents had to go see him, and then get the fire department to check a flase alarm at the candy store while the parents were away. While the fire department was there, she'd then send in thugs to steal the candybar, threaten the firemen, smash a few things and run for it, whereupon they'd smash their car into a few bystanders and lead cops into a three-state chase until they were caught. When the police searched the car, stuffed voting machines and Solyndra stock in Hillary's name would be found in the trunk. Hillary would then declare that we had to invade Switzerland, order all of the MSM news sources to attack Swiss chocolate as potentially posoned, and then appear on Couric's show and cackle about the absurdity of her ever being interested in stealing a chocolate bar that everyone knows would be full of poison. Then she'd have the candy shop owners arrested for pushing poisoned chocolate, and even though no poison would ever be found, have their home seized and get them imprisoned for twenty years.
Then she'd appear at a swearing-in of some bureaucrat while eating a chocolate bar and laughing, as a message to her secret followers not to cross her.
Oh, by the way, did I mention she's running in 2012 - this year - for president? Well she is.
