Actually Salvation is correct.

We can judge peoples actions and even punish them but we cannot consign them to hell. The final disposition of their soul is God's job.

While I can't speak for Salvation, from Salvation's posts here on Free Republic, it's easy for me to assume that Salvation was referring to my Savior Jesus Christ's Promise of Redemption for His followers, for those who asked Him to Forgive them their sins, for those who accepted His Grace.

Agree, it sure does sounds like the defense attorney took a dive. Poor counsel from a defense attorney could very well be cause for a mistrial and possible dismissal at some point in the future and all leading to an eventual re-trial. Ugh.
