Brute sentenced to one year after parking spot punch left woman in coma
Oscar Fuller, the muscle-bound brute who infamously punched a woman into a coma -- as they argued nose-to-nose over an E. 14th St. parking spot -- was cuffed and hauled off to serve one year behind bars during an emotional sentencing this morning. Fuller, 36, held his head high as he was led away by court officers. So did his young, still brain-damaged victim, Lana Rosas, though her eyes brimmed with tears, in the audience at Manhattan Supreme Court. "Yes," she whispered softly to her mom, Angie Harrison, as Justice Bonnie Wittner rendered the maximum sentence allowed -- which is not nearly enough, the judge stressed.
Rosas was standing in an empty spot to hold it for a friend on a February night in 2011 when Fuller arrived. "This whole incident was his fault," the judge said. "The punch was an extraordinary one, according to witnesses with no ties to either side," added Wittner, who had presided over Fuller's May assault trial. Witnesses had evoked Mike Tyson, testifying that Fuller shouted, "F--k you, you bitch," then twisted his body back to wind up for a blow that literally sent the petite, 4'11'' Rosas' head into the pavement.

I agree, he should have gotten 7 years. A friend of mines son hit his girlfriend in the face. Didn't knock her down, she wasn't really hurt at all. And he didn't intend to hurt her. But he was sentenced to 7 years and just got out of prison after serving the full term. She had a good lawyer.

If I have counted correctly, this is the fourth or fifth posted instance today of “one of Holder’s People” behaving like an animal. Fortunately, a couple of the other posts involved the use of a firearm to defend against the “Holder’s Person,” resulting in that individual expiring on the spot! Too bad this lovely young woman wasn’t living where having a gun is a “crime.”

The crime was committed well over a YEAR ago.
Way longer than the time required for the drug’s effects and side effects to wear completely off.
I see people like this in the gym every single day.
And many, if not most, of them are total jerks that you should stay well away from in a physical situation unless you are armed and prepared to kill.
Always a tougher bubba in prison and hopefully some very bad ass bubba lays a smackdown on this punk.
I understand the gym part very well. I go to Bailey’s Powerhouse in a college town, so I see users all the time. You might be correct, but we’ll never know for sure. Some people are just violent a**holes.

I'm not buying the innocent victim meme on this one. I've been in similar incidents twice where I was being chest bumped and shoved by a rude, loud mouthed woman who was itching for a show down. I had the brains to walk away. On one occasion, the person followed me in her car for several miles until I shook her.
That said, this guy deserve more than one yer.
You can count on that, beating the stuffing out of him is how the other primates prove how tough they are.
He has not seen tough until he is in “genaral population”...
