This is logically possible for Obama (democrats) to do. They are simply looking for a pool of money which is destined to be spent. Think about what dems do. They tax the people. Then when people say no more, they look and identify pools of money which is substantial and target that pool of money. The dems have begun to view IRAs and retirement accounts. They are about to tax insurance payments. They go where the money is. This is consistent with dems. That is why normal people see this as inconceivable in its goal but understandable in its origen in the minds of liberals who think they are the only ones who matter in the universe.
