sorry, you're incorrect.

being born on US soil can make someone a US citizen... but NOT NECESSARILY a natural born citizen. if the person was born of foreign national parents, that person would be a dual citizen. OBVIOUSLY not a natural born citizen

the cold hard truth:
a natural born citizen is a citizen naturally, as there are no alternatives.
